HLT South Coast Training Camp 2022
Kick off the 22/23 season with a high-quality training camp in the beautiful (& hilly) South Coast between September 30th & October 3rd, which is the long weekend. This is a pilot camp so costs are at a minimum to allow for a taster for years to come!

Hurt Locker Tri South Coast Training Camp
HLT is piloting a new training camp location in the beautiful south coast location of Kiama. Over 3 full days you will experience some of the best and most challenging climbs, ride over parts of the L’etape 2022 course, run on spectacular trails and recover in the ocean.
Dates: October long weekend
Friday 30th September - Arrive Friday afternoon/evening
Saturday 1st October - Full day
Sunday 2nd October - Full day
Monday 3rd October - (public holiday) - finish around 2pm
Costs: $450.00
As this camp is a pilot it is run at a minimal cost whilst we continue to assess and scope the feasibility to grow this camp in future years.
Inclusions:
- 3 nights accommodation
- Structured training sessions over 3 days
- Guided bike and run sessions with qualified coaches
- Basic breakfast foods in the accommodation
- Free use of compression boots
Ability: This camp is targeted at long course triathletes.
You must be able to ride 100k comfortably. This camp is perfect for those targeting Melbourne 70.3 and Busselton 70.3/Ironman or those looking to kick start their fitness for races early in 2023.
Deposit: $200.00 which is non refundable however you can transfer your place to someone else if you are no longer able to make it
