A hard mini-duathlon set run by HLT with the HLT squad, Coogee Tri Club and guests. One of the best and most fun sessions to be apart of.

About the event
This HLT Workshop will include Mini Duathlon's on repeat as well as some learning discussion on transitions. The course and distances details will be explained on the day but make sure you bring all equipment you would require for a duathlon including trisuit, bike gear and run gear as well as a change of clothes after when we go to the cafe for some light post-session banter.
Details:
Session starts at 7.00am which means aim to be there from 6:40am to setup.
6:50am will be instructions regarding course and order of event.
This is a really fun, hard session open for beginners to pros. We look forward to seeing you there.
Please be respectful of the local residents and not to be too loud as this is early. Be respectful of the road rules and always implent yours and others safety throughout the event as this is not a closed road event.
