This HLT Workshop aims to get you ready to race at Cairns for either the 70.3 or Ironman with different distances. All are welcome even if you are not racing Cairns but want some race specific training!
Post session there will also be an opportunity to talk thorugh all the details of how Cairns works logistically with the split transition and provide you with a whole bunch of tips and tricks. I competed in Cairns IM in 2019 and 2021 and have been up there to support in multiple other years so I know it like the back of my hand and am very keen to help where I can!
